READY TO START AND READY TO START PLUS INSURANCE

If you become ill, injured or pregnant and cannot participate in the race, you can get your registration fee back if you take out the Startklar insurance (155 SEK/year) or Startklar Plus (275 SEK/year). Both insurances also include accident insurance during the trip to/from and during the race itself. With Startklar Plus, accident insurance also applies every time you train throughout the year. The insurance is valid for all your exercise and competition events in Sweden during the insurance period, which is 1 year from the date of payment. Read more at www.startklar.nu

NAME, CLASS CHANGE OR RE-OFFER

Cancellation

- In the event of cancellation, it is not possible to move your starting place to the next year. Your registration is binding and non-refundable.

 

Name change

- Name and class changes can be made up until May 18, 2027.

- Cost for name change SEK 180.

- If you change your name, please email us at lopp@swedenrunners.se with the subject "Name change Uka Pain"

- Some of you swish SEK 180 for the name change to 123 583 0336 Svensk Löpning AB.

- Mark the swish with the text: Name change Uka Pain and the seller's name

 

From the new participant we need the following information:

- Name

- Address

- Team/Association

- Social security number 6 digits

- Email

- Mobile number

- Size of the race jersey (Only possible to change jersey size up to 30 days before the race)

 

Class change

- When changing classes, please email us at lopp@swedenrunners.se

- When changing distance, you pay the possible difference in price that applies on the current date.

- Class changes can be made until May 18, 2027.

 

REGISTRATION TERMS AND PAYMENT TERMS

By registering, you agree that your name, hometown, association/company, start number, age, pictures from the race, start time and meal will be published on the internet, in results lists and on social media. You also agree that Sweden Runners may contact you via email with information and relevant offers directly related to Sweden Runners and Uka Pain.

 

You understand that the organizer may make changes to the event if necessary, for example to the course, distance, start time, schedule, location or other practical details. Information about such changes will be communicated via email, website or social media. By registering, you accept that such changes may occur without the right to a refund, in accordance with Sweden Runner's general terms and conditions.
