TEAM COMPETITION

At the Trail Championships, two team competitions are held (one for men and one for women) where the team's result is the combined placing of the association's three best runners. The placing is calculated based on the runners' actual placing in the race, regardless of whether the runners who finished first are participating in the team competition or not. If two teams finish with the same combined placing, the team with the best third runner will be placed first.

Medals in team competitions are also awarded to the club's fourth and fifth runners according to the results list. If the club has at least eight runners who finish, the combined placings for runners 6-8 from the club are counted as the results for the club's second team, where the club's ninth and tenth runners can also be included in the team and awarded a Swedish Championship medal.

For a team competition to be held and have Swedish Championship status, at least three different clubs must have at least three registered runners by the end of the registration period.

START LISTS AND RESULTS

SM runners also participate in the "regular" Uka Pain competition and thus receive placement in both the SM class(es) and in the Uka Pain race as a whole, even if before the start they only appear in the SM start list.

Are you SM-eligible but not on the start list for the SM class? Then you need to contact us at lopp@swedenrunners.se by Wednesday 20 May with your start number, name and which athletics club you are competing for.
